John is a senior executive search partner with more than 25 years of hands-on experience.

Retiring from a military career, John has worked as an executive and board advisor, founding an international executive search and advisory network across the United Kingdom, North America and Australia.

John provides clients with strategic advice and direction on executive search projects. He coordinates all search projects and manages the day-to-day operation of our London office.

Additionally, John sits on the board of several companies and is directly involved with international projects of our network organisations in North America and Australia.

James has had a significant and successful international career as a Chartered Engineer, serial chief executive and board director.

James has led a succession of highly skilled technical and professional teams, enabling innovation to transform across organisations, empowering individuals and changing entrenched processes and cultures.

James's superpower is his extensive network in the UK and internationally, including Australia. While his contact book is unparalleled, it enables him to pick up the phone and talk to actual decision-makers. This sets him head and shoulders apart from his peers.

 James is highly networked with the most senior decision-makers across the UK and globally, including the Government and the big commercial end of town.
